What we do is mainly sourcing according to the requirements of our customers and doing the order management, quality control and inspection of the goods in order to make sure that the produced products are in accordance with the placed order of our customers.
 

          The business briefly is the following as decribed with an example:
 

          For example, a buyer from US wants to buy construction materials-sanitary wares from China. However, doing the sourcing overseas is not an easy job. There involves many problems with the supplying factory, quality, price terms etc. What we do, as having our headquarters in China, is first doing a detailed research for the factories and the prices of a product with a required quality. Let's say the customer wants a bathroom mirror from China. In that case our office in China first searches the factories that produce mirror. Then we contact the supplier factories with our samples and specifications and get quotations from them for our required quality. Then we select the best quotations and eliminate the factories that have given unacceptable quotations and low quality offers..
 

          Next step is to contact with all those selected manufacturers and get samples for our customer. By contacting all the manufacturers in China , and by getting all the prices from all the manufacturers, our customer is sure that he/she gets the best price in China.
 

          All the process goes with a transparency and our customer is given all the information directly, regarding the factories and their quotations.
 

          After the sample and the price are confirmed by our customer, we place the order and the production starts. We involve in the production process by regular visits to the factory and checking/inspecting the process. After the production is completed we do the inspection and quality control of the produced goods. Then after the final approval we arrange the shipment and let the factory ship the goods.
 

          By our first hand involvement in all this sourcing process, our customer stays comfortable and gets the required quality with the best price from China.
